While in the area you can visit places like the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs or take a ride on the Cog Railroad to the top of Pikes Peak or drive your car to the top via the Pikes Peak Toll Road only 3 miles from our location. Cave of the Winds and Manitou Cliff Dwellings are just a few miles down the pass from Rocky Top, or just a little further you can find the famous Seven Falls or the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Enjoy a day of window shopping in Manitou Springs or Old Colorado City. Cripple Creek is also close by for a day on the town to gamble or just visit the local historical attractions. While in Cripple Creek be sure to visit the gold mining museums and take a ride on the train. |
